Super awesome plan. Take advantage of this. I saved loads of time and money when I crashed my drone, and was given a replacement.

Must get warranty for drone. It covers everything and anything wrong with your drone . Only exception is if you lose your drone. Otherwise, any crashes, damages, or malfunctions with your drone this will cover. I find that this peace of mind is great for those who are beginner drone flyers, you do not want to risk your very expensive drone and not have protection. This makes flying around feel less risky.

I purchased this protection plan just for extra assurance. I later found out that dji offers there own version of this called dji care refresh. Its excellently the same. This is a 350 dollar protection plan for 2 years. Djis is 75 dollars yearly. So for 2 years that's only 150 dollars less than half bestbuys price. However VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION in order to get dji care refresh if you purchase the dron from bestbuy you must go to djis store website go to services and select the one for your drone the. Itll ask for your drone serial number which can be found on the box or inside the battery compartment on the drone. You can also do this when first setting up your drone it'll give you a pop up asking about it. If you wish to use djis protection plan note that you must sign up for it with in 24 hours of first registering the drone to a dji account.

At a cost that seemed a little pricey at the time, but ended up saving me $500 on a device that malfunctioned as they tend to do sometimes. This service will save you in times when you need it the most. If you're having second doubts, I'd recommend it

I wrecked my drone into a tree, called Best Buy that evening, and they got me in within 15 minutes of me calling and I was in and out in a jiffy!!!!! Literally a dream come true......not many businesses have customer service like the Best Buy on East Washington Street in Indianapolis!!!

I took my drone because I crashed against a tree that appear out of nothing... Haha but I thought they were going to be defensive about it, now wanting to help me or something. And they came out with a brand new drone! Will buy warranty again for expensive things with high risk. They were nice all the time!

I got the geek squad protection plan !! N its one of the best its not like other stores u go buy the protection plan n when it brakes or something n u take them to them they will make u fill up papers or tell u to call a different # n send the product n ill takes months!!.. my dron drop on water n i took it to geek squad they got check it out n see if its fixable n if not they will replace it!!! It will take up to 2-3 weeks but for sure for sure u will get one fix I recommend!!! Its worth they price!

I highly suggest this protection plan. Our drone fell out of the air from 5 ft and broke a little piece of plastic that stabilizes the gimble. We took it to Best Buy and told them what happened. Upon inspection they decided to scrap the drone and give us a full refund including the price for the protection plan!! Well worth the $450. Not sure what the manufacture insurance would have done, but we bought the plan again for sure when we replaced the drone

This is a must have if you purchase an expensive drone. Just when you think you are good pilot, things happen and when you lose control, the drone can crash. Mine did and suffered damage during landing. This accident protection plan took care of all repairs at no charge. Already got my money's worth.

I had bought a DJI Drone for my business and bought the geek squad protection for the extra protection in case i might have a accident while i travel throughout the country filming large plots of land for my land broker clients, i haven't had to use them yet but it sure is great to know i have then if something were to happen

Ive never been into photography, but have always been into tech. This will make you want to take pictures and videos from all types of angles that you normally wouldnt be able to capture. Good software, good hardware. Follow-me mode works perfect

Is really good and so easy to drive, you get surprised how easy is to operate, I need playing with this DJI mini 3 pro for two years already and I have not complains at all, I will buy it again for sure, recommended!

I bought this insurance for the fly more combo DJI drone. It is definitely worth it, even if you are an experienced pilot. I crashed my drone twice and Best Buy reimbursed me in full with a replacement drone, zero hassle. Excellent customer service, super helpful managers at Medford, OR store.
