I am a big fan of BestBuy service plans. I have yet to have an issue where they didn’t follow through on what they were supposed to do. I always look at how much I’m spending for the product and how much it would cost for me to replace that product before I purchase a plan. I feel better shopping at BestBuy because of their service plans. Other big name retailers have third-party service plans that make you have to jump through hoops to get your product replaced or fixed. Well in my case get my money back. I had an issue with Target over the holidays. I was returning a product that was less than 30 days old and I got my money back but they wouldn’t give me my money back for the service. I had to contact another company who then sent me back to target only to have Target send me back to the company to try and recover my money for the service. Reminding you this is during the holiday season over the phone needless to say I was going off the walls with this thing. It took some doing but I was able to get my money back, they sent me a check rather than reimburse my card just add a little salt in the wound. Thank goodness for mobile banking. Don’t believe me the name of the company is Allstate/Square trade don’t know what’s going on there but in the end I was dealing with Square trade. Add service to your Target purchase try to return it and let me know your experience with them. With BestBuy I’m only dealing only with BestBuy they can’t pass the buck. As I said I’ve never had an issue where they didn’t fulfilled their end. I still buy things at Target but anything big or expensive that needs service added to it will always be from BestBuy. They don’t have it I will wait for restock.

I have this service since for a while now! This is good for two years and you can bring any computer you have at home in case you need to fix it ! The service is excellent , very professional and super fast . I highly recommend to buy it to have all you household electronics protected!!!
