I ALWAYS get my protection plans through Geek Squad! They are so professional and make it right! The store managers are amazing to deal with even when the 800 number people won't fix what they messed up!

The insurance from the loss and theft program was there when I needed them!

Love the extra care, and support of the geeksquad plan for all my electronics. Truly comes in handy with the increase in duration of owning phones, and tech that can break so easily.

I cant say anything about it because I haven't had to use it and plan on keeping it that way.

I put the Geek squad protection on my note 8 because i had it on my note 5. When i broke my note 5 the geek squad got me a new one . So i recommended this over the cell phone companies insurance.

I have the 10.99 protection plan. They Will not fix my s8 plus phone with a cracked screen. Nearest location to fix it is 700 miles away. They only have 15 locations in the United States that do these kind of repairs. I try and be fair and meet in the middle, went to my local geek squad and they will not even ship it out to the location that fixes them. Okay then i'll spend the 200 dollars for a replacement. Well they say said they would give me a "new" refurbished phone. I try and be fair but, and patient but this out of control. Wish they would have mentioned this at the time of purchasing the protection plan. The sign in front of the guy at geek squad said something along the likes of, you break it, we fix it. That Simple. Not really that "Simple" though. Samsung has quite a few real places to fix phones. A little pricey but not outrageous.

My past experiences with geek squad protection on my cell phones have proven to be worth the cost. Hopefully I won't need to use it this time around but if so, I hope it won't make me eat my words.

I would never be without Geek Squad!! They are the greatest ever! I have it on all my toys. My computer, table, watch, cell phone. If you have a question or concern they are there for you 100%.

I've used Best Buy insurance couple times in past on high tech equipment and well worth it with cost if ever have to replace it. The higher the tech the more likely have problem.

Not even 2 weeks after getting my new galaxy s8+ it had cracked the screen. Geek Squad was excellent in getting it replaced asap for me.

No worries about damaging my phone. Geek squad got me covered. They also got me covered if I loose my phone. Its better then my carrier (asurion) coverage. Also you get tech support. Win win.

This is a great option for warranty for those who want to extend their warranty on product.

I love the geek squad. Jake in Destin Fl. is an absolute doll. I love him to death and he is funny and helpful. He may be deaf but he can definitely communicate with you no matter the challenge.

The Geek Squad protection plan is absolutely worth every penny. The coverage and features are generously more reliable and cost effective than the cellphone carrier's protection plan.
