    Camera is of poor quality ! You must stand perfectly still while you press the button which is impossible for a 6 yr old or an older person. The only thing this camera was good for was it’s waterproof capacity. Other than that dont purchase.

    I do not think it makes sense for me to have to buy additional coverage for my camera if i have Best Buy Total.

    It’s been less than two years and the agents in the Philippines refuse to honor my plan, it’s quite frustrating considering how much these plans are

    Waste of money.I rerun the camera at best buy West Lebanon NH in 1day after buying it Manchester NH and they won't give my money for the protection I purchsed.Its not ok to be money hugger people.I don't want to purchased anything they will want offer.Yeahh put it in uou pocket people

    SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE BUY THIS WARRANTY, IT REALLY DOES NOT EXTEND THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY FOR TO YEARS BUT OVER LAPS MANUFACTURE WARRANTY AND ONLY EXTENDS 1 YEAR. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASED. NOW HAVING A PROBLEM, AND NO COVERAGE, AND WAS PRETTY MUCH TOLD THAT IS JUST THE WAY IT IS.

    Always runs out before i need it

    For some reason my warranty always runs out before i need it. I wonder if that happens to others. I bought this warranty for a camera I purchased and now it doesn’t work properly. I think you should get a free check after warranty expires if you have never used your warranty

    When something goes wrong that is obviously beyond the scope of the geek squad repair they tried to get me to purchase a new plan. Nope

    The protection plan is probably a lot better for other peoducts. I have a camera and every time it has to be send out to the repair and checking center it cames back with different issues. I do not like this at all. There should be a repair center close to us and the cameras shouldn't have to b sent out across the country for it.

    The last 3 times I sent my camera for cleaning it came back damaged. Why there is only 1 facility for this service across the country?? Why don't you find more places close to customers for that?? I paid for it and I'm scared of using the service now

    I bought the coverage for my daughter’s camera and the picture quality that’s it’s not worth the money I paid for the coverage.

    They have had my computer 7+ times. Sometimes as much as 6 weeks at a time. They think its reasonable to have to wait long periods of time while they aimlessly replace random parts.

      Oh my! I'm sorry that your computer has needed service so many times! I know I would be frustrated, too, if I ran into so many issues!

      Computers can be complex, and we expect our Agents to do their best to help get your unruly tech back in line. Our in-store and remote support Agents would be able to help with software and operating system concerns under a 24/7 Support or Geek Squad Technical Support plan. Our Geek Squad Protection plans are intended to be used for hardware support, in the event of drops, spills, or internal component failure. With this type of repair, the special components for your model may not be available at the store, and we may need to send it out to our service center for repair. We only use authorized parts, which may cause delays in some instances if a proprietary part needs to be ordered to complete your repair.

      I know I would be feeling upset if I brought my computer in so many times.     I'm not satisfied with the overall experience. It was next to impossible to schedule these agents. I cancelled my service.

    states that exchanges and return of item is quick and painless. If that was the case, I would still buy them. I use square trade from now on.

    Breaks easily

    These will constantly break especially when putting new film in. For some reason it gets stuck on the black plastic blank Polaroid and if you try to take it out it will stop working completely. I’ve gone through 3 cameras in a year. It’s very cheaply made for the price.

    Scratches even on a screen is just considered "cosmetic" and are NOT under warranty. Replacement? Only if there is really no way to fix it. Is it worth $150 for a $900 device? You be the judge.
