One of the biggest advantages is that even if the product doesn’t have its own dedicated service location, I can simply bring any type of device to any Best Buy location and they will help resolve the issue. They are also very punctual when it comes to keeping appointments, which I truly appreciate.

Good quality service, definitely worth the price if you’re not too confident on the build quality of your purchase. We bought in on an espresso machine that was cheaply made, and the team replaced it when it broke!

best buys accidental protection is a really good deal and it takes the worry out of unfortunate incedents with the coverage you have on the merchandise you purchased.

We have benefited from having Geek Squad warranties when two of our TVs went bad prematurely. It was easy to process a claim and receive credit under those warranties. As a result, we have added Geek Squad warranties to other purchases because they are worth the peace of mind they provide.

Above perfunctory -- well worth the durability & functionality of owning the best. It has a cleaning station for occasional/simple cleanings; it offers up to 18month blade; it offers up to 50 minutes of battery life. Well, I own many, but no other model comes close!

This is the second one for me. The first one was purchaseed in Fef. 2018 and had a failure on the electlic heating elements suddenly in Nov. 2025. But I am very grateful to this model for withstanding my heavy usage on a daily basis. That's the reason I got same model again.

I do not use the heat setting after reading up on possible outcomes if I fell asleep. However, I love these things! Using the cool setting, I am asleep in ten minutes according to my husband. It feels great & relaxing. I am quite happy with this item. It is worth every penny!
