I was always told to be skeptical about the extended warranty- but for only $5, I got it and very glad I did. My Arlo camera captured a raccoon dismounting the camera and snacking on the silicon skin cover. I took it back to the store covered with teeth marks and having a chunk missing. I got a new one -- no questions asked ( a lot of smiles however from my Arlo video that I shared).

I recently had to replace my controller that came with my PS4 since it was starting to show it’s age. With Geek Squad Protection it was easy to get a replacement and it didn’t take long either. I get insurance on everything because peace of mind is important to me and Geek Squad Protection is absolutely worth it!

I have not used this but in the past I had a TV with a 5 warranty from BESTBUY. 3 days before my warranty expired my TV went on the Blink. With in 5 days they had it taken care of. 1 Phone call and no hassels. There replacement warrantys are definitely a very good thing and they stand behind them. Definitely recommend.

This is a must if you're buying any electronics because as anyone that has had anything electronic, you know it will break. Things don't last as long as they used to and they sure aren't built as tough as they used to be so having this extra coverage and for the price, it's well worth it.

I am giving this 5 stars simply because peace of mind is everything. I have not had to use this but once to have the squad install some things that as a very limited computer user I didn't understand how to install something and they did it in 5 minutes.

The geek squad protection is the best piece of mind you can have when buying any product. I have used it several times and was able to get my products replaced instead of spending money to replace them. I won't buy a product without a protection plan ever again.

Helpful plan in case of accidents or faulty equipment. Much easier in most cases then dealing with a manufacturer. Price of the plan is determined by the price band of the product. Some of the banding for middle priced items can make it seem not worth it.

I bought this for the electronic item I had purchased for a gift. I love the fact that if anything happens to it, they can bring it back to the store to have repaired or get a brand new one. These are fantastic to give with a gift as you have no worries.

I bought the Geek Squad protection for my new Amazon Echo Dot and it was not that much extra. It is worth it because it protects the product for two years and guarantees me a replacement if anything should mess up on it. Check into this program.

I first purchased geek squad because I had gotten a virus on my surface. Since then whenever I've had a question I just needed help they have been wonderful. I can either walk in or make an appointment. Makes my life much easier.

Best Buy has one of the most competitive and replacement free plans on the market and they have never failed me yet when I had to use one. I think it is great product for the minimal price paid to cover my items.

Purchased the extended warranty just in case we have an issue!! Our home Wi-Fi is came model and is 5 years old with no problems to date! Previous experiences with Best Buy warranty have been outstanding!!

Glad I got this because I enjoy my product. Knowing that if my daughter throws this thing across the room which is very likely and it will be replaced no charge is a piece of mind I do not mind having.

I really like this protection plan because when my modem stopped working i got one the same day unlike other protection plans from other stores where they make me send the item.

I have replacement protection on most of my stuff. I haven't had to use it for this product, but have on past items like my fitbit and Ipad and never had issues with Best Buy taking care of me.

I have not used this yet. but I hope I don't need to for any of my purchases. it is awesome how best buy provides this. so that if something goes wrong they will fix it. Best buy is awesome

I bought this for my wife who absolutely loved it. She loves how she can now play her favorites songs with just her voice command. This thing is very responsive.

I used to not get any extra coverage on anything. But so glad I have started. There have been a few instances where it has came in handy and my local store is the best.

My router got fried with power surge. Protection plan covered replacement of new router plus 2-year warranty started over. Best decision I ever made on a protection plan.
