For five bucks this is a necessity. Especially considering the lack luster warranty it comes with. Free replacement is a good thing for a high tech item like this!

I somehow bought into the idea of getting the extended Geek squad replacement warranty on this. I hope it's useful if something goes wrong with the switch.

I have not had to use this for product I purchased yet but have used it for z TV we bought. It was seem less getting the TV replaced. Very easy to do.

I always purchase the warranty/replacement plan on any electronics I purchase from Best Buy. Just makes it so much easier if you end up having problems.

Product Replacement plans are the best thing about bestbuy. These plans allow you to simply walk in with a broken product and walk out with a brand new one.

2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement is for my Amazon Echo, I felt it was a must have considering I have children who tend to break electronics!

I had problems with my Asís USB product, took it back to Best Buy, saw that I had the protection plan, no questions asked, solved my problem.

Can not go wrong with this service its been a lifesaver instead of buying certain products over i can get a brand new one of they cannot fix it

I enjoy having Geek Squad for my warranty as they work well in replacing or repairing items I purchase at Best Buy. There are times the line is long to wait and they don't guarantee all repairs. Overall they are good for the extended warranty deal. I recommend the warranty purchase.

Always useful when you have kids using them. As reliable as Amazon products have been for me, electronics always find a way to be replaced

I have not needed to use this but always purchase the protection plan just in case. Never know when something will go belly up.
