Had bought a computer and system was not wiped from retail mode when setting up computer after purchase (open box). Let staff know what was up, they immediately assisted me for what I needed. System was returned to me later that day ready to go.

Not knowing if I would need it, I got this protection plan. So far after almost a year I haven't needed it. Let's hope I won't in the next year. Have never had a problem with Geek Squad service. They are there when you need them.

The agents from Best Buy was able to set-up my new gaming PC and examine it to confirm it's running smoothly. Geek Squad tech support answered all of my questions as well. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

This is the usually the best warranty you can get but with this virus junk going on, I was told they can't repair my phone due to the company who kwns the phone saying something about it being a risk with the virus. This is NOT best buy's fault at all but it is the very first problem I have ever had so the perfect reputation is gone sadly. Don't get me wrong, I understand. Its just something worth mentioning.

I have not used all of the services available yet. I have used the Geek coming to the house many times to trouble-shoot problems or to set up new items. They are very helpful. I have also used this service to update my garmin.

I used this service for a broken set of headphones. I brought my old broken pair back to the store to find out they are no longer being produced. I was allowed to swap them for a different pair which was great!

Replacement plans are the best of the best. If something doesn't seem right as when you got it just go and replace the item with another same or better product. Look at as an extended warranty for product refunds because it is just like that.

Whenever I've had questions, the Geek Squad always walked me through whatever I was having an issue with. I would recommend everyone covering whatever you purchase because it's saved me so much money in the long run. Danielle

This reasonably priced insurance (I almost never buy these) wasa god item because there are so many ways the keyboard cover for my Galaxy Tab S6^ . I used once and they replaced the damaged item without question.

i always get the protection plan on game controllers and have had to return almost all of them for one reason or another. In this case the protection plan more than pays for itself and i have never had a problem getting the item replaced...

Xbox headphones begin only emitting volume from one ear and upon bringing product in it was replaced without issue. I often secure purchases with this service and it has proven to be time and time again money well spent.

Our laptop had keys that no longer functioned. A young man among the computers listened to our problem. He suggested we purchase a keyboard & mouse & simply plug into USB port.. BestBuy Boise has been a fabulous customer service store!

I feel it is always important to have This protection plan because life comes at u hard and all u have to do is go ahead and show up with your damaged product and it’s replaced right then and there ! No hassle I love that

This plan is a must have if your gamer is hard on headphones like my teenager is. Perfect solution to allow him to keep quality headphones.
