I have not needed to utilize Geek Squad. I have had coverage on other projects and find them very professional.

We always buy Geek Squad coverage on large electronics or anything that has buttons.. It has been used.. Especially when my father purchased all new electronics after a tornado destroyed his home.. TV's, computer's, etc.. Always professional.. Even when its as simple as he has just pushed WAY to many buttons...

My computer stopped working properly and I had work files that I needed to work on but could not access. I called Gee Squad and they were able to access my computer remotely and fixed the problem quickly! They saved all my work files and got rid of virus!

Saved me money and heartache in dealing with an Epson printer that died in two and a half weeks.

Geeksquad is so good. If it doesnt work they replace it entirely. Super fast. They do it in-store for small items. 100% recommend over Total Tech

Would always buy the Geek Squad coverage since Many Many Many times it is used before it expires. The cost is always a great investment for me... since it is alot better than buying the product again in less than 2-4 years.

I have not yet had to test the waters with the 2-year GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN, but the fact that it's there has allowed me just enough confidence to continue trying to keep the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 it is insuring, even though I've already gone through 2 in 2 weeks under the standard 15-day replacement program.

The protection plan is awesome. Any problems you have with a product, just schedule an appointment they will take a look.

I have been a member for a long time and this is a must have. I can not tell you of all the time fustration not to mention money Geek Squard membership has saved me. I have antivarus and Web spyware protrction on all my devices but it just des not detect everything. There is also me, downloading stuff, need I sau more?

I never leave the store without my Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement coverage... and it has paid off HUGE for me! The peace of mind alone is worth it but actually receiving the benefit of a replacement or store credit, no questions asked, for a product that just didn't fit the bill is well worth it!! Just do it!!

This warranty has worked out great for me on a Netgear USB Network adapter. They have broken 3 times and every time they give me another one. It is just a hassle as it is a hour one way and you always have to wait in line and don’t forget to bring your receipt.

We bought this plan when we got a printer. Almost one year a printer didn’t work properly. We took a printer a costumer service at Best Buy and showed them this plan. We got full refund and also bought new one. We really are happy with this service.

I purchased the GEEK SQUAD 2-YEAR Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan at the time of purchase of my Canon Pixma TR8520 Ink Jet Printer. So far, I haven't had any problems with my printer and haven't had to avail myself of the Protection Plan.

Pleased to have bought the product replacement on my tech products like my printer because you never know when something will go wrong. I have had products go wrong and luckily had the product replacement warranty and either had it repaired or replaced. Saved just in the headache of worrying about it if nothing else.

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

After getting the runaround from another gaming headset producer for a warranty replacement on a malfunctioning headset, I decided I'd buy the protection BestBuy offers - 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for my replacement headset. Now I can simply go to my neighborhood BestBuy if there are any problems.

I have not had to use this service yet, thankfully. However, my experience with Geek Squad thus far lead me to believe that I will be assisted promptly and fairly if issues ever arise. Highly impressed with Best Buy's customer service thus far.
