I am thankful to be able to purchase the 2 - Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, because my daughter purchased a game controller for her brother that is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. At first, I didn’t think it was necessary to purchase the 2 - Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, because Best Buy has the quality when it comes to selling products to its customers. Then, I got to thinking Best Buy probably don’t make the products they just sell them with proper trained skills to satisfy every customer served.

The agents hepled me with my phone when I had a problem. They were unable to fix the problem so they ordered me a new one. They did and said everything I was communicate about my item.

I got the warrenty for a pen. The reviews reported the clip was an issue for some, it would break off. I thought it wouldn't be covered but the salesperson said it wouldn't be a problem

Having support from the Geek Squad is handy and if the labtop runs into problems i can contact or bring my labtop in so they can troubleshoot and correct the problem.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!

I'm so glad I bought access to the Geek Squad. The first antenna I purchased was not going to get me the channels I needed. It was explained to me that for $10 more, I could get what I wanted. He was right.

Get the extended warranty. Our 65 inch LG went out due to a lighting strike. I called , the representative was helpful setting up the in home appointment. Now I had my TV for 2 years. They came out removed the TV from the wall, replaced 2 chip boards, put the tv back on the wall and programed it. I must say it looked better than it did before it went kurput. The Geek Squad gets an A++++++!

We have not needed to use Geek Squad service for the most current unit we purchased, but we have used it in the past for our Kitchenaid Range. Geek Squad service was excellent and gave us peace of mind.

I've had to use this once. It came with my Total Tech membership, so how can I go wrong? I wish it could be extended. Most of my stuff THAT BROKE did so (as expected) just after the warranty expired. Bad luck! Most of the things that broke didn't really have a life expectancy beyond 2 yrs. That's why it gets 5 stars. :D

2nd year for me to enroll in Total Tech support. There are so many things I love about it. They delivered, installed tv and took old one away first year, then got new printer up and running and came back to work out problems when it wouldn't stay online. Shipping is free, 2 year protection on items purchased.

I have dealt with the Geek squad protection plan before, and they were always ready to take care of me when I came to the store. Very courteous & replaced a product that couldn't be fixed. Just bought an expense present - the VR Samsung device. I got the 2 yrs Geek Squad Product Replacement & I am able to transfer ownership of this plan to the receipient. It's very little money for the 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement for the peace of mind of knowing they will help you if your product has an issue.
