I have used Geek squad several times this year to help me fix issues with my new computer. They have always been helpful and very professional. Together we brainstormed why something wasn't working correctly. I will continue to purchase this service since it also covers other items I purchase---even X-box controllers and headphones

This is excellent protection plan. It gives you extended coverage when the warranty ends. I purchased this on several of my best buy products. I highly recommend if you are buying anything that needs protection from damages or accidents. The process is very easy and hassle free if you need to get the replacements.

I bought a Turtle Beach wireless gaming headset and had problems shortly after. After being so unimpressed with its build quality, I opted to return them to get something of equal or lower value. I decided on an Astro A40 TR headset, threw in a couple extra bucks to cover the difference and walked out of the store content. The whole process was a breeze thanks to the coverage.

This insurance has saved me so much money and time with so many products. I purchase it in everything. Biggest this was some very expensive gaming headphones. They crapped out 5 times in a year returned them every time with no hassle from the tualitin Oregon store. just those headphones alone it saved me $1,500 most of which went right back into the store on other products and how I've become an Elite member.

I couldn't have asked for a better warranty. I purchase all electronics from BestBuy because of this warranty. I have never had any issues, I take the item back, give my account info and the response is the same every time. Go ahead and grab another, bring it back up here and we will exchange it, not to mention the 2 year warranty starts over if you replace it. Kudos to you BestBuy!

I've purchased a number of these plans on my consoles, controller and headsets and I've had to use them more than once. I have never had an issue and have absolutely no problem paying the additional money for peace of mind!!! When electronics are concerned these are a must believe me especially if you have kids or pets! Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra money for great service should the need arise.

Geek squad has great service technicians and good service. Dependent on the issues or product pricing can range from fair to high. However not many other services provide the same quality of services. I would recommend giving them a try with your products and extended warranties. Thanks

After discussing the best buy warranty with a sales rep I usually purchase it with any product that qualifies. If anything goes wrong with the item sans intentional damage they have your warranty on file and will replace it. I hope to not have to use it but when purchasing items it gives me the peace of mind especially on an expensive item that I won't have to buy it again.

These 2 year warranties are a blessing! In the event that anything happens I am able to return my product for a new one. Damaged, malfunctioning, defect, no matter what the issue, I will be utilizing this warranty to replace whatever it is tied to. I recommend everyone to get the warranty for their devices.

High recommend, the protection plan is not like the other where you buy it and something happens they want you send it out or they just give you a hard time. It’s all done in house you take it in they fix it or swap it no hassle must have for mom and dad with kids

If you're getting an expensive product that you have any worries about breaking within a short period of time, such as a controller, this replacement plan is a no brainer. I've taken advantage of it many times and recommended it to all my friends. Well worth it.

The 2 year geek squad product replacement plans are way worth the value if you need something replaced. No matter how good of a product you buy you can sometimes end up with problems or a lemon and you get a no questions asked replacement within reason. Needed the protection only a few times but was worth what I paid for it.

I had a set of head phones go bad (hey it happens). Went in to Best Buy, and boom, I was in and out in less than five minutes with a replacement. No hassles, no questions, didn't even have to have my receipt because BB had it under my phone number. Paid 39.99 for the insurance and it netted me over $293. Pretty good when you need it. Best of all it was easy.

i had an issue with a product i purchased just a month after i bought it and using the geek squad replacement plan i purchased i was able to get a new item just by bringing in the broken item and switching it. No questions asked and no issue. I was in and out of the store with my new item in less than 5 minutes. For sure the replacement plan was a great purchase.

The service isn't bad, not the worst, but it is what it is. Getting actual repairs at the storefronts are a pain, since almost nothing is ever repaired at the location. Can't really expect too much from these folks, they're switched out so much, you never really see the same faces. On the brightside of that, when a simple exchange of item due to damage or whatnot, it goes great, the service is quick and out the door time is speedy. Always get at least the 2-yr plan, if it's possible. If not for the coverage of the item, but also for the option of being able to extend the plan an additional set time, since the 1-yr initial plan doesn't offer extensions option of the plan after it expires.

Bought this plan to protect my $150 investment in a gaming headset. After 3 months, probably had volume to high and blew the right speaker. Went to local store, they pulled it up in the system. Told me they were currently out of this item in store, but offered to ship to my home in two days. It took three, but i knew this from the easy tracking information provided.

Geek squad replacement plans are always the best for high use items that you think might wear out. Especially gaming peripherals which can wear out quite easily you can just walk back into the store and get a new one no problem at all.

I have only used geek squad protection once years ago and my issue was solved swiftly by best buy. I got this 2 years because the sales rep told me headphones are the number one returned item for defects which to me sounds about right, $25 bucks for $100 if the headphones fail in 2 years seems reasonable
