Hands down the best product replacement plan I've ever purchased! Been buying my controllers from Best buy for years solely for this warranty! So easy to get yours replaced. Can go to the store and grab one off the shelf to exchange it! And if they don't have one in stock in store they'll order online if available and ship it to your home!

This is the only way to go on electronics these days. There are way too many things that go wrong and a 2 year warranty is essential to me. I like the fact that they keep it under your phone number when you buy it so if you lose the receipt they can still look it up.

I originally bought it just in case something happened but never thought I'd actually have to use it. I'm happy that I did though. I'd recommend everyone to get this plan because you never know what might happen and this way you can be secure in the knowledge that you have a backup

My nephew was hard on his RC car and broke it within a few months, to it back to best buy with the warranty and no questions asked, exchanged it for a new one even though it wasn't on sale any longer and cost over $100 than I paid. Couldn't be happier with this warranty thus far and I'm sure it will be used again after he breaks it

The wire on the headphones I bought broke. Since I had the Geek Squad 2 year Replacement Plan, they were replaced with no problem. Then I bought the Plan for the new replacement earphones. Having this plan on electronics is a great purchase.

As always the Geek Squad warranties are great and they provide peace of mind for a small price. I have no problem recommending these warranties as every time I've had to use one, it has been no hassle at all, and the staff is always very courteous and professional.

Geek Squad coverage has always been great for us on anything you think will likely break before the coverage is up, frequently used like a vacuum, or if you couldn't afford repair or replacement, this is nice insurance.

I purchased this on my equipment and have had to use it a few times. Not because the service was bad but only due to the equipment i recd. The plan made it to where i was able to get a replacement without any questions vs having to get my item serviced. I love that fact.

I only buy my large electronic items at BestBuy just for the extended Geek Squad Warranty. It’s great and helps you feel safe when making a big investment knowing you are protected outside of the manufacturers warranty.

I purchased the 2yr protection replacement for a xbox headset. An item I knew would get lots of use. Sure enough, headset stopped working just after a years use. Walked into Best Buy, returned non-functional set for a new one and was out the door in just a matter of minutes. Such a nice, hassle free, way to handle things like this.

I am so thankful that I purchased the geek squad protection on the controller. After five months of use, one of the buttons kept getting stuck. Best Buy looked up the plan then replaced the controller. So easy! I will ALWAYS buy their protection plan when offered.

I have used this service a few times and it is perfect for certain items that you think are going to get used alot. The ease of replacement is simple, however I wish I didn't have to go to a BB store for replacement. But it's definitely worth your money.

Usually insurance is best if you don't use it because when you do, the premium goes up. Well this insurance is NOT like that and I get it on everything I buy. Headphones, phones, printers, TV's (which saved my butt because mine dropped and broke 2 weeks after I bought it & I got another with ease) ANYTHING you can get insurance on IT IS WELL WORTH IT.

I purchased this to cover my new expensive gaming headset. I've had 2 separate headsets go out on me in the first year of ownership, and I failed to purchase the protection plan for them. This time, with a much more expensive headset in mind I decided to get the extra protection. I believe this to be a worthy investment.

Murphy's Law is if I don't buy the protection it will break on me. Usually when I buy the production it works fine. Had one opportunity with my protection plan with a broken device and Best Buy is backed up real strong and made the process simple. Byam protection on all products that I buy from Best Buy's because they back up their products
