I originally bought it just in case something happened but never thought I'd actually have to use it. I'm happy that I did though. I'd recommend everyone to get this plan because you never know what might happen and this way you can be secure in the knowledge that you have a backup

Murphy's Law is if I don't buy the protection it will break on me. Usually when I buy the production it works fine. Had one opportunity with my protection plan with a broken device and Best Buy is backed up real strong and made the process simple. Byam protection on all products that I buy from Best Buy's because they back up their products

I've had my elite controller for over a year and I bought the warranty. I took mine back about 1 year after purchasing and they gave me no trouble. I just picked a new one off the shelf and that's it. Plus the warranty roles over to the new controller. These controllers are tough but nothing last forever so I would definitely buy the warranty.

I am always skeptical of purchasing warranties. However, the sales rep indicated that it will cover if the controller breaks in way. Since the controller itself is pricey and having this be the third time buying a new one due to the joystick not working properly after awhile, i gained confidence that the warranty would be useful to me.

I purchased this to cover my new expensive gaming headset. I've had 2 separate headsets go out on me in the first year of ownership, and I failed to purchase the protection plan for them. This time, with a much more expensive headset in mind I decided to get the extra protection. I believe this to be a worthy investment.

A must for certain low quality or highly abused products. Both are true in my case with the Nintendo JoyCon controllers. Used this to get new controllers for my son's Switch because Nintendo's controllers don't hold up, which is now my problem, I guess.

Geek Squad protection is good and very easy, they don't give you a hassle to get a replacement. You just being the broken product in and quickly they replace it, no questions asked. I would try to add a protection plan if you can, so worth it.

I purchased this for an Xbox one headset. It was sons 2nd set so thought I’d purchase in case we had an issue with this set as we did with the previous. I purchase the product replacement on an Xbox one controller and we did end up having to return and it was replaced. So worth it for the price. I highly recommend it!

I only buy my large electronic items at BestBuy just for the extended Geek Squad Warranty. It’s great and helps you feel safe when making a big investment knowing you are protected outside of the manufacturers warranty.

As always the Geek Squad warranties are great and they provide peace of mind for a small price. I have no problem recommending these warranties as every time I've had to use one, it has been no hassle at all, and the staff is always very courteous and professional.

I purchased this on my equipment and have had to use it a few times. Not because the service was bad but only due to the equipment i recd. The plan made it to where i was able to get a replacement without any questions vs having to get my item serviced. I love that fact.

My son is hard on his electronics and the Geek Squad rep. went through the replacement program so I signed up for it. Sure enough, the screen got damaged not even a year later. I took it to the store, the Geek Squad took care of the replacement paperwork and within days, I had a new laptop. The Geek Squad was stellar.

The wire on the headphones I bought broke. Since I had the Geek Squad 2 year Replacement Plan, they were replaced with no problem. Then I bought the Plan for the new replacement earphones. Having this plan on electronics is a great purchase.

Best Buy has the best warranty when it comes to your devices or items not working. With their HASSLE FREE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED approach is awesome. They will replace the item, or provide a refund, so that you may purchase a new one.

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

I am so thankful that I purchased the geek squad protection on the controller. After five months of use, one of the buttons kept getting stuck. Best Buy looked up the plan then replaced the controller. So easy! I will ALWAYS buy their protection plan when offered.
