Headphones constantly break on me. Either a cord dies, the bluetooth goes, battery life gets shot, or just one ear doesnt work for some reason (probably connection issue). Just bring it in and they will replace without hassling. I've never in my life had headphones last 2 years, so this is a good way to save a little cash if they break on you often. Definitely would buy unless you are really good at taking care of your headphones.

There is no warranty or insurance that can compare. With this plan once you purchase it if anything malfunctions on your device or product bring the product in and it is replaced. No hassles. Forget about manufacture warranty, forget about mobile carrier expensive insurance geek squad is better. No deductible. Excellent program. Example bought a phone and Bluetooth never had to pay for another one ever. Item breaks bring it in get it replaced and only pay for the new plan 2 year replacement plan if you desire which you should.

I get product replacement plan for just about everything I purchase from Best Buy. I do this because It actually comes in very handy when stuff like headphones break or have normal wear and tear. I love the fact that the representative don’t give you a hard time when it comes to honoring the replacement agreement. Also, if the product is cheaper than when you originally purchased it, Best Buy will give you the difference back on a gift card.

When dealing with electronics these days, you need to keep these items covered. It’s nice to know that Best Buy will stand behind the products they sell, even after the manufacturer warranty ends. These things are small and have a lot of technology in them. Keep yourself covered, after this warranty runs out, technology has progressed so much, it’s time to buy a new/updated pair of buds.

I watch videos on my phone a lot, so I need to use my headphones a lot, which means they break faster (or I notice that they break faster than the average person would). Basically, instead of paying $15 bucks every 3 months, I trade my headphones in and get the same pair, and geek squad saves me so much money on that replacement! It's pretty much like getting a buy one get one 1/2 off deal which lasts until your headphones inevitably breaks within 2 years. (I bought some skull candy earbuds, so this plan works well)

Soooo worth the money. I had my Bose QC20 for a year and a half before they started to give me some issues- the Bose warranty was only a year, so I would've been SOL had I not purchased this warranty. I don't think I'm rough AT ALL w my electronics, and yet I started having some connection issues. Anyway, I went into Best Buy and they let me pick up another pair of headphones; I had paid 300 for the QC20, and I got 300 credit toward another pair. I chose the next model up. I decided to buy the warranty again. Great investment!!

If you have the option to purchase an extended warranty, especially from best buy. I recommend you spending extra bit of cash, for some reason electronics don't have the same quality as they did back in the day. Thats why no matter how big or small the electronics are, I try to get a product protection plan. I have saved thousands of dollars with protection plans from best buy. Geek squad is so fast, they usually end up giving you a new product or refunding all of your money minus your protection plan. I highly recommend to anyone.

This was fairly priced. I was sceptical at first because of the size and name brand but I was pleasantly surprised with the clear sound that was produced. I was worried about static that might come from turning the volume however The little housing that the speaker is built into worked for the small amount I paid for it. Would have been more perfect if it had a suction cup bottom instead of just a jelly stick bottom. I kept the plastic on anyways. Worth getting for a small crowd or personal use. Not a movie theater sound for 100 people but decent sound.

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till sent for repair. When I purchased i was told even exchange for phone no extra charge. Still paying $13 a month for plan but don't have $250 or a extra phone to send it. Of for repair. .

I purchased the 2 year product replacemnt on a expensive purchase recently. I was so worried about losing or breaking my new earbuds and that is what happened. Best buy hinered the replacemnt and i walked out of the store with a new pair, no questions asked. I would highly recomment the extra security and comfort of knowing im protected.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of electronics from Best Buy and I never leave the store without protecting my purchase. If you are looking for a hassle free protection program whether manufacturer related or accidental damage occurs then add this peace of mind to ever purchase. I have used it many times in the past and whether doing an even exchange or reselecting a different item all together Best Buy is a pressure to work with and is top notch when it comes to customer service.

Our headphones seem get a lot of wear and tear since they are used quite frequently. My son recently received a pair of LG Tones for Christmas that came with the Geek Squad protection. After 8 months of use, the sound loudness was not coming through. We took the headphones into the customer service. They fulfilled the plan. Since they did not have the same pair, we were provided with the next model up. We then purchased the protection for our new set. So...the $60 set of wireless earbuds ended up costing us the of $12 protection plan.

I purchased this plan with some headphones I purchased at Best Buy. 15 months later the headphones failed. The 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement plan kicked in. I walked into the store; they took the headphones; confirmed my replacement plan purchase and told be to select a replacement headphone to my liking. I walked out of the store with new headphones in less than 15 minutes after walking in the store.

I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so opposed to other stores that I have purchased insurance at the store and when is time to replace the product I had to call someone else and deal with different policies that I did not agreed in a way (Who reads pages and pages of policy agreement).

Although most people will not use it and be okay with merely the manufacturer's warranty, I shop and pricematch at Best Buy specifically for this service. The few times I was able to use it has paid off the cost of the plan. It's also convenient to walk in or call for help without dealing with certain manufacturers. It seems like most companies don't make their products last, so with this plan I get more than 2 years out of my purchases. This is especially true for cell phones.

My husband works for the postal service which can get a tad rough at times. Nonetheless his previous pair of headphones just gave out without warning. I brought them to the store and the geek squad employee was kind and pleasant walking me through the entire exchange process. I was in and out the store in 15 min tops.

Easiest thing to snag upon getting a electronic that would have tons of use. If it breaks or has issues, it is so easy to go into the store and swap-o, change-o, simply re-purchase the 2 year replacement again, and you are set. Cannot recommend this enough to anyone getting personal electronics that have a daily use.

This speaker is great! Music sounds great at high and low volumes. There was no distortion or cracking even when cranked. This speaker is great for what I'm using if for. Mostly just pairing it with my laptop while i work on projects. It gets plenty loud for the office room I'm putting it in. The portability is also great. I love that I Can take this outside and probably won't upset the neighbors. Another great feature is the charging port so you can charge your devices while you listen. Battery life is also great.

Bought the 2-Year Product Replacement package for a pair of Bose SoundSport Wireless Sport earbuds, and couldn't be happier. The earbuds developed a sound problem after a year, and BestBuy replaced them the same day. AWESOME. Also, I paid less for this service than it would have cost on SquareTrade, so AWESOME AWESOME.
