we bought the extended warranty plan just to make sure that everything will be covered cuz we know that the geek squad is one of the best squats to do this type of work we hope that we would have to get one of their best installers but we love the product we bought the service the quality of the customer service was great we love it we would recommend it to anyone who would ask us thanks Best buy.

The best thing I ever did was to purchase Geek Squad product replacement in reference to all my headsets Bluetooth and Wired. It is a no question asked straight 2 year swap out and renew process. I have had a few issues with these units and it is so nice no matter where I am I can just swing into a BestBuy and get the issue resolved. If the item is no longer available they will upgrade to the new replacement device and apply the difference to the new device.

I love the Best Buy protection plan! My headphones did stop powering on a couple weeks after purchase (were defective) and with my protection plan I was able to go back to the store and exchange them for new headphones worry free. I love that my headphones are always protected and Best Buy offers and in store exchange with this protection plan

The Geek Squad helps me with checking my 2 computers for any possible viruses or problems. I have a Chromebook (for personal use and shopping and internet surfing) and Lenovo (Lenovo for college classes and it's great). I just make a call, or make an appointment online, show up and they check both devices for any issues, or help me with whatever question(s) I may have. It's wonderful.

Purchasing the 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement for my daughters earbuds was the best purchase ever! As all teenagers, she goes through earbuds every 3 to 6 months. So it made so much sense to add the replacement plan. Now instead of forking out at least $20 each time, we instead have paid less then $5 for the exchange of new earbuds and repurchase of the replacement plan. So now with EVERYTHING i buy at BEST BUY i make sure to add the replacement plan. IT IS SO WORTH IT!

I brought in my ear buds because one had been run over when it fell out while I was directing traffic and parking cars at a local football game for the Fire Dept. I brought in every little piece and they took it and gave me a whole new set! I cried I had ruined them and now I cry Bc I had awesome insurance!

Always ask whether it's a repair or replacement plan. Anything that is an instant replacement it well worth the money. Not a fan of the repair option plans. I don't want my item to be repaired and then just last long enough to be out of warranty.

I always loved Geek Squad no questions replacement. Every time there was an instance where my product did not work for whatever reason I take it back to BB and they usually say go and pick out another one. Worth the money for the security.

Love the 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement! Works great for products you anticipate to break. I usually buy it for headphones, headphone jacks, chargers. Best Buy takes care of you if these fail within two years of purchase. Highly recommend. Make sure you read the terms and conditions before you purchase so you know what is covered and what is not.

Shout out to Dejan at the Park Meadows Magnolia department. He helped me select a stellar television and schedule my in-wall installation. The agents mounted my new 65" Sony and sound bar with ease. They also gave me a crash course on my new TV and setup my remote so that I would only have to use one instead of the three that I formally used. Great clean installation.

The protection plan is amazing and I definitely recommend the protection plan if your purchase is over $50. The installation was the perfect and professional and I loved it. They answered all of my questions I had and the gentlemen there tried to answer my tough questions I had to the best of his ability, I appreciate that so much. :)

Every time I purchase a product from Best Buy, I make sure I get the extended warranty, it is worth it. I have had problems with MP3 players, wireless headphones, and each time I get a new replacement no questions asked. Cant go wrong, get that warranty.

I used to wear out my headphones quick and this allowed me to replace them repeatedly many times, saving me a ton of money at a time I was living on the street. Highly recommended for products which are necessary or really vital, but if you buy the expensive ones it's just a waste because they will be worn down as fast as there simpler models. Great program.

I returned headphones and there was no questions asked. I returned a defective pair and grabbed another that is a different brand. Just paid the price difference and the new 2 year warranty! Have done the same with warranties for 3 televisions. You cannot go wrong with BestBuy’s warranty!!

So I got this on a pair of Bluetooth headphones I purchased and after a about 9 months the sound started to break up in one ear. Folks when I say they took care of me I mean I walked in spent about 5 minutes looking for my recipt (I lost it, oops) then they gave me the price I paid for the headphones on this card I walked over to the headphone isle grabbed a new pair and BAM I walked out with a brand new (BETTER) pair of headphones within 30 minutes.

I bought another brand of (non LG) headphones in May 2016 for $45. I purchased these to avoid spending a lot of money on the LG headphones. Those headphones died in October 2016. This time around I spent more money than before to invest in the LG headphones. I thought Id purchase the Best Buy warranty because they cover all wear & tear for 2 years; thats one additional year above the manufacturer's 'limited' warranty. I definitely learned my lesson.

I have never purchased warranty on any electronics products except to rely on manufacturer warranty. However, i am glad I did on a pair of bose headphone because when it break, instead of trying to reach customer service and deal with returns, I simply take the headphone back to bestbuy and immediately received a replacement, no questions asked!

I am wintering in Arizona and my laptop quit connecting to any internet source whatsoever. I was thinking I'd be in the market for a new one, but took it to the Goodyear, AZ Best Buy, and a Geek had me up and working again within 10 minutes. When I asked how much, he said: "You are on our maintenance plan until September, so there is NO charge." I actually had forgotten I purchased this service a year and a half earlier. It's Geeks for Me!

Normally, I don’t take these warranties but I’m very glad I did. I had my headset for under a year when I had an accident with them. Best Buy went above and beyond for me and the product replacement worked perfectly for me. I was very worried that I would be without my headset, but they replaced the headset and gave me a store credit for the amount of what I paid that was lost when the items price went down. I’m thankful!

I always recommend the Geek Squad plan on anything over $100 for sure - definitely worth it - Best Buy is always so great about taking your product back, as long as it's normal wear and tear (of course, they won't accommodate any obvious intentional damage) - they give you exchange, or store credit for the original purchase value - even credit you for unused time on your Geek Squad plan - highly recommended
