Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

i really love protecting my equipment and this was exactly what i needed.

Wish I had know Best Buy will come To You on TV’s over 40”. Still great service and replacements !

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

Geek Squad was accommodating in that they replaced my 5 year warranty that was purchased in April of 2017 and gave me a new one that started with my new TV purchased October 2020, they had to replace since my old tv that I purchased in April 2017 was damaged when it was sent to be repaired by Geek Squad.

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

Haven’t had any issues with the tv to use it but for the reviews that o have seen should be a great service I always look @ the review and it sounds great

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.
