Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

I am glad I added this to my purchase. It was so helpfull when I was having issues with my TV.

The service they provide is top notch helped me with all my problems i had.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I have not had to use this protection as of yet however, I am sure they will take pretty good care of my product.

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

Ive always purchased geek squad insurance with all my major electronics or appliances! They've always fixed or replaced my items if needed!

Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

I do not know why anyone would not get the Geek Squad Protection. They have always been extremely helpful and willing to solve any problem I have had over the years. They will replace your device with the protection plan, and I had this happen once with a camera lens. I was so glad I got the extended plan!
