Great tv, our kids love gaming on this tv, sound quality is also good.

Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

I highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone thinking about it, technology can be finnicky, Geek Squad make sure you're protected and they handle everything promptly and with expert service.

I purchased this geek squad 2-year Standard Protection to complement my Samsung TV to save me some money on the service of my Smart TV , guess what I haven't had a need to use it yet great TV , but it's nice to have the insurance ,very satisfied

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

I always purchase the service when Buying a TV. I have purchased Geek Squad 2 times. Used it twice and have been over all happy with the service. They replaced a prior TV. Repaired another TV. The parts and labor were almost as much as the tv itself.

Our tv went out and I was so glad to have the protection plan! Geek squad was super helpful and got us squared away!

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.

Geek squad the best protection warranty. Old tv died they came out the next day reported problem. No hassle they resolved it by replacing tv. 2 week later had new tv. love them.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when I bought my LG OLED TV. I haven't had to use the plan yet.

The additional insurance is always good to protect your purchase specially, if it’s a large one

Best thing I ever bought. I would highly recommend that you always get theirs. If you’re buying in the appliances TVs anything they need to be serviced well worth the money.

Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv

So we haven't had to use this yet thankfully but the peace of mind makes us very happy.
