A week prior to getting the protection i was offered it at the time of purchase and i got an extremely cheap open box 4k sony tv and the price of it brand new was $2500, the open box item i was buying was $700 and at the time our purchase they wanted to charge me the protection of a $2500 tv which came out to $550 for 5 years protection, so i went in a week later and a young man helped me get it figured out and I got the protection for the price that I had actually paid for and I was very very satisfied!!!!

Very good havnt try it yet but will soon but i got to get another tv first

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. And I not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

Feel really confident in purchasing this game at Best buy due to the fact that I have protection thank you

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

The agent explained the extended warranty to us in a very easy to understand way, and we bought it because of that. Often this information is confusing. His presentation was not. Good job overall!

The performance is outstanding overall. The color rendering is flawless, and the motion interpolation works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for a living room or bedroom with minimal windows or limited direct sunlight for the best viewing experience.

Bought the TV in 2019. Power board failed and replaced in 2020. With warranty still left in 2024 the TV fails again and they tell me it possibly won’t be covered/will be junked. What’s the purpose of the warranty???

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week
