I bought a 55inch Hisense TV after the Vizio 65 inch TV broke. The Geek Squad came to the rescue.

this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.

Geek squad its always fantastic form of helping someone with pretty much any issues in form of electronics

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

Have only had my TV for about a month, but haven't had any problems. Always nice to have protection if needed, especially at a good price. Anytime I've dealt with Geek Squad they've always been prompt andvery helpful. Completely satisfied and will update if any problems occur.

The help is great! But I don’t use most of the opportunities because I don’t have many problems. I feel the cost is too much for my application and preferred the prior pricing.

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money
