I had to return a product as it’s broken and I am over the warranty period thankfully I bought a geek squad protection plan, I took the product to the store the service person is great he replaced the product as they were unable to repair it

Having small kids in the house and purchasing such an expensive machine worried me a little until the sales representative suggested this protection plan. I would definitely suggest getting the extra protection. Things do happen. I just recently returned my roomba because it stopped working properly. They replaced it without any problems.

Best Buy had the best warranty program of any retailer! For us that are Elite Plus members, a 45 day return policy and a four year warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty is a very good value and piece of mind for the long haul. I buy Geek Squads warranty on every electronics purchase I make!

Roomba took a dump on me and took in to get fixed. Well the GS gave me a brand new one plus they didnt have my type in stock so they gave me a newer generation one.

Purchase for label printer. I always purchase Geek squad protection. Electronic devices break at times. Geek squad protection always offers me a replacement item or a gift card for the purchase price.

This device is very delicate and very complicated. I cannot imagine not having additional warranty coverage to make sure the dog and kids don't ruin it beyond my time to replace it. The cost is very low to add more time to cover the device. Buy the warranty extension.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad protection plan for high use electronics. My new Roomba had power issues 4 weeks after purchasing. Even though the vacuum had some scratches, the return was no hassle and an immediate new replacement provided. Will purchase again

We have gotten geek squad protection on every rumba that we have bought. They really help even when the problem is crazy ridiculous like dog poop!

When I bought any stuff at Best Buy I choose this insurance because they always give a new when it was broken, and the best I can pick at the same day, or I can upgrade my old stuff by one new. Of course, I need another insurance but it works.
