I never thought I would ever end up using one of these but believe it or not I was within 48 hours of the end of my geek squad protection and I had to use it. This insurance facilitated for me to get another item brand new due to the fact they didn’t make it anymore. If you plan on using some thing for an extended period and you need the peace of mind to have a replacement this is for you

The microwave was very easy to set up the touch pad is amazing it’s like magic. The features are really cool like increasing and decreasing time is literally one touch! I love this microwave.

I get protection plans with most purchases I make at BestBuy. Even the small things that offer it. It’s an extra peace of mind on especially big purchases and they seem to come through EVERY single time I have an issue with something I bought. Of course as long as I bring it in within the plan period.

I have always purchased geek squad protection plan for big items like tv or microwaves. Its a plus that they offee because for tv if you get pixel issues, they will fix or replace and i get for microwave and to surprise i get to use it before few months of geek squad expiration when my microwave had some button issues.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan, because the previous microwave I had which was not an Insignia went bad after couple of years.

I just bought an LG microwave, and I purchased the 4yr geek squad protection plan for it. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel better having this warranty coverage as newer appliances don't last as long these days.

Geek Squad service is a must for every Best Buy product. No hassle returns. My son broke his tablet (accidentally) and they replaced it then and there.

If you have a great Best buy location with a great management team you are all set if you have one of these payment plans. No need to send it in in most cases, you bring it back and they let you grab a new one after they give you a gift card. I got my microwave for a little cheaper price and the manager helped me out when I found a new microwave. Most of the locations have solid customer service.

I always get the BEST BUY warranties. They stand behind their products and should it ever be needed, they always take care of the customer to get an item fixed or replaced....

Purchased Geek Squad protection for my microwave. Although I don’t think I will need it, all electronic appliances are not built like they use to. It’s cheap insurance in the event of breakage right after the warranty expires and I like the fact that Best Buy will be the one who will come out and fix or replace it.

I really appreciate the assistance of the gentleman that came to my house although they couldn’t fix my TV they were extremely professional and helpful and gave me lots of great information to help me make a future purchase

I love our microwave we can heat up wat ever we need and if we want to be lazzy we can air fry some wings and have that nice crisp for football sundays

I usually do not buy extended warranties. I purchased this for a microwave oven. The oven was around 300 dollars. Lol good thing I did as the microwave died after 15 months, Best Buy was great! At first they looked at it and figured it was best not to attempt to fix it. They then gave me a Best Buy card for my full price I paid!!! I just used the Best Buy card and purchased a new microwave.
