Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

Although we ended up not needing Geek Squad to mount the new TV we bought from Best Buy, I wanted to share some appreciation for the tech who initially came out to do the job. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and gave me a really valuable recommendation on the type of screen size that was right for our living room. I ended up exhanging the original TV I bought for a different TV, which turned out to be a much better fit for the room — just as he predicted. Really appreciated his insight and am planning to use Geek Squad in the future.

I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

Haven’t had to use it, but always plan ahead. I have heard great things about the service of the geek squad.

Repair man came out today to check out my TV not holding antenna channels. Great not to have to pay for the trip.

The team was courteous, professional and personable. Whenever allowing strangers into your home, at baseline you don’t want folks giving you “the ick”. Well the team was outstanding and the setup was done much faster had my ego insisted that I could do it.

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

Geek service stepped up and handled my screen protector installation and there quilty of service is amazing .b

The geek squad set up my laptop with ease for me to use. The rep answered al my questions and ensured I was satisfied before I left.

I've been using Geek squad since 1987 and i loved there service. They fixed my Computer and an old laptop that i was updated over and over and now its done

I came into the store(6/13/25) in a highly distressed state of mind having my finance passing away just 4 previous days that week. I showed Jake of the Geek Squad a photo of my home TV screen and he immediately went into action to help me. He was kind, calm, and expressed his sympathy to me for my loss. When he was finished doing what he had to do to resolve my issue, he came back and told me the good news -I was getting a new TV. What a relief. Thank you Jake you deserve a raise!

This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

I bought this TV to replace an older one that was on the fritz. I love how light this TV is and how it looks in my living room. The sounds is amazing and it works at my lower volumes than my old TV. I wanted a non-smart TV since I already have any Apple TV and this worked perfectly.

Just what I needed to make sure everything goes right a backup plan and it's five year plan is that backup plan..

The protection plan makes me feel safe that the tv will be working in top condition for at least 5 years.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!
