I was on the phone an agent hung up on me I was trying to resolve the fact that out of the three TVs I had with Best Buy once they fixed and resolved one of the TV issues, this led to cancellation of the other two TV warranties abruptly. I had a technician working on the other TV and the Geek Squad technician cannot process the final items because they canceled the warranty abruptly. I have telephoned in to customer service on three separate occasions to ask for this to be resolved. They have told me they have fixed it, but when the technician goes into the system on his hand, he keeps saying that it is canceled. The agent I spoke with today said he sees I calling 6 times for this matter. My problem was supposedly escalated to 2 supervisors and CARE Support which seems not existent. I have requested CARE SUPPORT phone number or email or contact information and Customer Service says they cannot share because there is no information to them. That CARE SUPPORT is internal communications only. I asked for an email of the calls in and tangible evidence as a customer that I have been run into circle after circle being told they will correct this, or they will escalate this and then nothing happens. No call back to you as a customer that we are resolving, it is being resolved, or when they say you must wait 48hrs for the resolve, no confirmation call or email that they have resolved your issue you'ved call in for 6 times about. Terrible Customer Service Process.

covers all your necessities but haven't had to use it yet. basically buy this if you know you arguing to be moving homes a lot in the t=next 5 years or even once could be enough to cover an accident. LG oled are heavy but not too bad really its the thin screen and people not handling it righ that can risk the screen cracking easily is my worry

Love the T.V . Very easy to have delivered . I was shocked to see how easy it connects to my wifi and soundbar ! Its loaded with channels and the apps I already subscribed to. Im going to get another one soon !

I haven't needed to use GeekSquad yet but the purchase thankfully gives me peace of mind. I am not too convinced of value yet because competitors like Costoco often bundle their TVs of similar prices with warranty, while this is a separate an often expensive addition.

This is sometimes the best value for your money for OLED tv burn in protection, depending on the model, even if you have BB Total. So look into the differences. The GSP protection also does cover more costs. I only bought it for the panel I am using as my main PC monitor, and not the LG OLED used in my other setups, which are used for home theater or couch gaming.

I love the picture on this tv, and the size is perfect for a small bedroom. The picture clarity is better than the Toshiba that I had purchased. The only problem I’m having is that the tv will turn off every time I leave the room for ten minutes. That’s probably fixable in the setting somewhere . So far seems like a nice tv for the price which was very reasonable.

I just bought a Roku TV a few weeks ago and my kids love it.. and I was very satisfied with my experience when purchasing with a lady named Nicole. She answered all of my questions in detail and even gave me answered before I even knew to ask them. By far the BEST customer service I’ve had in a while.

looked at a lot of tv's and this one is one of the best tv's that I have purchased. Very clear and dynamic color with great sound. Worth every penny. Will be buying another one.

Scott was amazing, he showed me things i didn't even know the television could, like it's a on /off button on the television not to mention he programmed both My television's both are have the extended warranty on them...this gentleman went up and beyond to make sure everything worked properly and I was very happy !!!!

Love this 50 inch Toshiba smart TV. The advantages of smart TV have served me well and I do like the picture quality on this model. It's even light enough that I can move it myself!!! Compared to my old 50" TV that is a big plus!!!
