Always want to add protection plan to all my electronics it’s give me a piece of mind. Haven’t had to use it in a while but when I did they were able to replace my electronic with no hassle.

Outstanding guys with great attitudes. Unfortunately they dont always have all the answers. But they sure try. I know its frustrating dealing with mad and upset customers all day. But when you have 5,000 wrapped up in your entertainment system alone and also total home protection you would expect the products to work as described. Guess you have to take the good with the bad. Still waiting for my samsung Q60 75" to work properly after the main board and the panel has been replaced. Going on a month now....

I've purchased perhaps 2 dozen laptops or desktops from Best Buy for my bankruptcy law office. I ALWAYS buy the extended warranty and service is quick and seamless and excellent. It's saved me a few sleepless nights. I tell all my clients who discuss computers to buy at Best Buy so they can get the maximum extended warranty.

I don’t recommend doing any expensive purchases without the coverage, it could save you a lot of money if the product malfunctions after the factory warranty expires.

I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game or fix a game.

As a long-time Best Buy customer who has also purchased warranty plans from other retailers, the Geek Squad plans are the most hassle free and convenient. Instead of dealing with 800 or online reps, I simply bring the defective item into a Best Buy and the problem is most on often handled immediately.

I have used this service before. When you have an issue with your product, it’s great to know that you’re able to bring it into the store and they will assist you with the issue in which you were having. I have had no issues utilizing the service and being satisfied from it.

This was great because I had an sub woofer with is protection package on it. All i had to do was make and appointment and drop it off at geek squad and everything was taken care of. I was great customer service. Just a head up make sure you also make an appointment to pick your product up, I didn't know that and people who had appointments had priority over me so I was stuck in the store waiting for a bit.
