Beyond disappointing. Was sold on this plan and the coverage is majorly disappointing. Item broke 10 months after purchase. Had to make appt for 4 weeks out for it to be looked at... now they have to send it away for 4 weeks. Determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced, then will have to make another appointment that I assume will be another 4-6 weeks out to get it reinstalled. So, of this item I purchased I will be without it for almost 3 months. I called, manager would not consider a better solution.
I have no reason to ever shop in this store again. Placed the purchase locally to a better experience and it was terrible. 0/10
