The cards were damaged and they will not exchange once you open the box. So basically Best Buy is telling you they could care less if the cards you buy are damaged. I know I will not be doing any business with them going forward and I have made many electronic purchases with them. $25 dollar box of cards and they won’t even exchange. Pathetic!
