Bought this for my 86 year old mother. Wanted to get her something that wasn't hard to operate.

I bought this as a set fort an apartment and it has done great so far. It is a little louder than other washers and that caused me to pull it out to be sure no packing materials were left behind. No problems discovered and was reinstalled.

This washing machine will drain if the lid is left up for longer than 10 minutes. And it won't let you reset the cycle.

Was good at first... Only had a few months and it would not drain properly... Will never buy this brand again

We've only had this washer for about a month, so I can't comment on it's lifespan, but I will say that thus far we're very impressed. Usually, when it comes to applicances, names like Maytag and GE come up. Few have heard of Roper, which is to your advantage. Roper is actually owned by Whirpool, so you're getting a quality product without paying for the markup of a big brand name. This unit is perfect if you just need a washer without bells and whistles. There are more than enough different cycles to choose from and the basket automatically adjusts so you don't have the loud rattling around if your clothes are uneven. There are even lights on the front that tell you where the washer is in the cycle. It's not a high effeciency, it's not a huge front loader, it's just a good solid down-to-earth washer. My wife and I are thrilled with this one.

Got this washer because the one i had was leaking water. This one is more than sufficient and appears quite sturdy. The only issue i had was the delivery man hooked up the water temperatures backwards (Hot to Cold, etc.) and also the disposal hose at the back bottom requires some muscle to clamp it on, otherwise it will come off easily and you will have a bad wet time.

Wash great would not have thought that names mean nothing

this thing could wash a small army, real nice quality.

The washer is ok. I'm a little concerned because I bought the washer in February 2015 and now it's starting to make sounds when spinning smh. Only wash once a week

DO NOT BUY you shoud not buy this he washer. We just bought 2 weeks ago and it is already broke.
