Hello, my fellow PC peers, I rarely write reviews about products I enjoy, but this Laptop is everything you would need, whether working from home and/or going back to school. this 2-in-one Laptop/Notebook is giving everything for the affordable price tag, which makes it more attractive adding to its sleek sexy style it gives. The features alone is an eye catcher, but the fast pace of navigating from apps to numerous websites and back to emails, all whilst having your game favs hanging in the background ready for you to conquer your next level mission, oh yes, this babe has the fire to punch through any & all tasks that you proudly accept, so go ahead and press the checkout button, this baddy belongs in your everyday lifestyle and ventures. Overall, I this was an affordable quick and easy purchase for my business needs at the time. I can say I love the screen big beautiful 17.5 inch and disappointed that it wasn't a touch screen, touch screen compatible is not the same thing & that's my fault I didn't pay attention! It had sound issues after a year. The geek squad guy scratched up the outside very badly after returning it. I didn't want it anymore so give it to my kids and the sound problem comes back the following year after the warranty expired. My personal services rating I would have to give it 7 out of 10 because it's not a I touching screen but it's extremely compatible with any external keyboard and mouse dual combinations! I still loved the size of the digital screen and it will not fit in the ordinary bag you got to buy a special bag for this laptop!

My husband has been dubious about Geek Squad Protection...but I've benefited from having it more than once and it's been relatively easy to use the coverage in all instances. So, I when we've had those issues, I show my husband and he's like: Well, OK, glad you got it. Happyfaceemoji. Serious, it's made sense for me a few times.

I'm not tech person at all, so take my review with a grain of salt haha. A really awesome looking laptop for sure with neat things like the glowing keyboard, manual fans you can turn on, and just handy layout. Just sad it's not google friendly and certain apps can't be downloaded onto it. Also got it in order to play BG3, but there's not enough disk space on it, and I haven't even downloaded anything onto it yet, so kinda bummed there.

It was all that was expected of it. I loved it. And totally recommend.

Great piece of mind from Geek Squad at a fair price.

The service of the delivery and install staff was wonderful. However, they have me a 4 hr window and came late in the day, do I had to wait at home for hours instead of having a 1 hr window. Also, the visit of having my TB mounted was over $250. I am a disabled person and had no choice but to pay it. Before I hurt my back, I could've done it myself, but because I'm nice disabled I had to pay $250. Then, they couldn't mount the TV at all, do I waited at home for nothing. They took back the wall mount and had me order a pedestal TV stand which I put together myself. So my entire day was waisted do to inefficiency.

So good I love it so much you can buy this too you kids and too your self

As I reiterate we were blessed that day my brother bought it for me I did not ask him and I purchased the three year warranty I keep it in the case because you never know

I am not text savvy at all. I purchased a new laptop to go with my new restaurant. I opened up and geek squad was fundamental in the process of adding my Microsoft items. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them.

I like the fact that there is a geek squad ready available when needed. Haven’t had to use them yet and that’s a good thing.

Extremely convenient and secure to know that I have an option if my device stops working for an unexpected reason.

I got this extra protection for my computer and it was so worth it . My daughter stepped on my computer screen and they made getting it fixed so quick and easy !

When it comes to Best buy's service, there is no beaten Geek Squad service. Have no idea how they gave them a name geek squad because they are furthest from geeks. Those guys rock.

It’s really nice if you tend to be a bit irresponsible with handling your belongings, like me. I would recommend it for anyone who’s not extremely careful with their laptop.

I spilled a good quantity of liquid into my last laptop, so getting the protection was very necessary this time. Hopefully I never need it, but it’s better to have the first time around.

Whether it be fixing my laptop or mounting my Tv I know I can count on the service that Geek Squad provides!
