Buying this desktop has been nothing but a hassle and stressful situation, I'm going to say firstly CHECK YOUR MODEL NUMBERS! I was sent the wrong model (guessing whoever shipped was to lazy to actually check the full model number before sticking a label to it). Anyways I let best buy know and they said no worries we will have UPS pick up the wrong item and send out a replacement well day after UPS picks up the desktop I get a notification saying my replacement was cancelled. I called and after being hung up on multiple times, lied to, transfered to everyone under the sun (at no point was I being rude to anyone for this to occur, I'm guessing they realized they made a mistake and didnt want the hassle of fixing it) I've now been told that I have to go and repurchase the desktop at full price. No credit can be made no were sorry for the mix up. Just good luck on your following order. Absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would!
