Camera got sand stuck in it and broke. Geeksquad completely reimbursed me because they couldn’t fix it. Definitely recommend for people planning on traveling with their camera a lot.

I recently purchased the insurance on my g7x because i’ve had great experience with it in the past. Around 2 years ago, I had a radio where the bluetooth stopped working, they found out what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Also, years years back we bought a pair of beats headphones, and they couldn’t fix them and actually upgraded them without paying the difference. I actually prefer to buy from best guy because of geek squad. it’s better then having a run around with websites and shipping from other places, i can simply make a appointment and physically go to the store.

Love Love Love Love!!! I had got this product to start off my interest in creating a YouTube channel. Upon turning on the camera I was in love due to how well the camera automatically adjusted to my surroundings. I was walking from an indoor environment to an outdoor environment and was expecting the camera to essential "white-out" my background due to exposure. However, the camera adjusted instantly and kept me in focus. Next, I tried filming in the dark was able to see myself and my surroundings without the need of an additional light. It did all of this with its high quality photos too. Lastly, it has an amazing display focus feature so that if I am showcasing a product while recording and hold it in-front of the camera it focuses on the product and back to me as soon as I put it down. Cool camera for throw back feels and instant photos. Wish it was a little slimmer for easier carrying but overall happy with purchase. Would buy again

I'm always skeptical about warranties. I hate third party stuffs. I bought this extended service plan or warranty in hopes that if my camera defects or gets damaged I will be helped without any hassles. I will give a good ratings now cuz they explain to me the warranty in a manner that I could understand and I feel that I will be helped when I need. I just hope I don't have to jump through hoops to get help on a warranty.

I buy Geek Squad protection on all our electronics & appliances. No hassle just fantastic customer service. We have it on all of our appliances, 3 of the iRobot vacuums, Apple keyboards, and anything else that could break. Been using them for years.
