Too much too fast

No solution has been suggested and they don’t seem concerned about it.

Geek Squad could not back up my phone

The most frustrating thing is the fact I had to spend a hour on the phone to buy an expensive device. I got to geek squad and they said its useless. Then they said we can do this and told me what to bring back for another appointment 2 days later. When I drove 30 minutes again new guy looked at me like I was an alien. The original guy came in, said hello but I didnt get my information backed up.

Most dishonest company I've ever dealt with

I was told it would be ready that evening, at the latest the following day. The following day, I phoned the store for an update. I was told they're not sure why I was given that time frame as it takes a week or 2. I told them I was coming to get as I needed to get it now as i need it for work. As far as one to one training, when I came for my computer, I was asked if I had any questions. Total tech refuses to give a full refund because it shows services were completed.

The Squad are worthless liars..

I paid roughly $1500 to Best Buy in 3 months and the Squad scratched my brand new Mac. I called customer service, they don’t care! The squad lied about AppleCare+ too~ it is not 2yrs of service! After only 1 yr I received a bill for 199.00~

VERY DISAPPOINTED

A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!! I drove 45 mins and got no support from this store total Tech Dept.

NEW COMPUTER

They didn't get my information transferred to my phone, and couldn't even get my SIM card to work with it. The young lady did at US Cellular in five minutes for ten bucks what three members of your "Geek Squad" couldn't in thirty for... god, I don't want to think about the money I wasted. Amateurs who couldn't even Google the instructions.
