The Geek Squad employee was very patient in setting up programming on my tablet. He showed my husband how to use the basic functions on this new tablet, which was different from his previous tablet. The employee lessened my husband's insecurity about learning to use the new tablet.

I had the geek squad transfer my iPad to a new iPad. The transfer went smoothly. I was so worried about doing it myself and having something go wrong. I would definitely do this again it was worth the price.

I'm a senior, who doesn't have a lot of patience with technological troubleshooting. Over the course of a couple weeks, the 'Geek Squad' patiently helped guide me on how to better use my computers. They also successfully performed a number challenging tasks--ranging from salvaging past decades of photographs, synching them all between 2 laptops & an i-phone, replacing a faulty/expensive printer (still under warranty), & setting up its WiFi connections at my home. How Grateful I am for all of these services--made possible via Best Buy's 'Total Tech' coverage!
