I was very impressed with JLon(I think that was his name). I am very illiterate when it comes to computers and he was very patient and kind with his customer service. He deserves a raise or promotion.

Love my new Lenovo lap top. Easy to use and does everything I want to do. Geek squad has been very helpful too. Helped me set up computer and answered my questions.

My phone had viruses and was unusable. They explained my problem and how it probably happened and what to do to prevent in future and repaired the phone.

They helped with my printer problem. Didnt give up when it seemed to be unjammable. They fixed it working together.

Was able to resolve but had to go back next day for the same problem it’s now fixed

I was asking questions about the smart watches. The differences between them. Talked to a couple gentleman and they were not completely knowledgeable regarding them. I still bought one tho.

I had an issue with setting up my new Galaxy S24 Ultra. Unfortunately, it was an issue that related more to the application I was trying to install and the service man was not able to fix it for me. But, he did make a considerable effort to fix it - it just defied fixing. So, I don't hold it against the Geek Sqaud that they couldnt fix the issue. I was able to find a workaround solution later, on my own, so all is now well.

The Geek Squad Representative that assist myself. Was both Professional and Personable. She was very knowledge- able regarding my product, explained every thing she was going to perform in a manner that I could relate to.

The agent helped me set up and learn how to use the iPad pen, and set up my ear phones.

The agents hooked up my combo washer and dryer. There was a part that did not come with the combo and the agent provided me with one. They were ver professional and was on time.
