The trainer was polite...the time went by quickly....I feel it would be beneficial if the trainer was doing the moves on their own device....while I watched and listened to their explanation of reason and action....then I could duplicate the same kind of maneuver on my ipad! I am NOT able to make full use of my ipad....MUST schedule another training!

Fixed software issue on MAC Air laptop. Problem prevented backups, sending emails, etc. Took about 1/2 hour but tech did fix the problem.

I worked with 3 different guys on 3 occasions (my problem, not theirs) and all were so extremely patient, clear and non-judgmental with me (an older, woman who clearly is not a savvy tech type). In the end they got me going and simplified my ability to use this computer.

Our agent, Alan Izazoga, gave my wife and I a comprehensive hour-long training session for our recent purchase of a HP Spectre laptop. This Essential Training was given while Alan systematically set up our HP Microsoft account and and the apps necessary for us to perform daily tasks on the laptop. Alan was fast, efficient, and delivered the training in a totally understandable and professional manner.
