Stefan has been my Geek Squad service agent the past 2 times I have gone into the store. He was professional, thorough, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, & attentive to my computer questions & needs. He explained everything step by step very well, & I really appreciated his style of education, having been a prior educator myself. Being able to have this gentleman come to our home and bring my computer back to life when the new 365 software had actually shut down my D: drive and made a new one H: I was sure I had lost everything and he not only assured me that it was there but brought it back to life.

They also connected all the devices, set up my streaming accounts, and taught me how to use the remote. They were professional and patient! I could have hung the mount and figured it all out, But, they made it a much more efficient and pleasant experience for me.

We absolutely love the Guys and gals of the Geek Squad. The most recent visit was to the one located at Tikahtnu. We were having problems with our phone. Unbelievable patience and he insisted on making sure it was all fixed and in order.

I went to pick up my cell phone after my pictures were transferred off of it. The wait was much longer than I expected because there weren't enough employees, but the service was very good.

We are so thankful for Geek Squad. We have had excellent service since joining up with them, and they are always friendly, professional and have helped us with our issues.

The Geek Squad Tek did Not help me with my Cell phone space issues! She did assure me that the Geek Squad only charged after half hour for Services $39, but the first 10mins would Not be Charged! The Geek Tek was with me for aprox 8min! Then the Geek Tek passed me to a Floor Person in Electronics to help me further! The Geek Tek then went to help other Customers at the counter! The Floor person was very helpful selecting a proper "Universal Charger" for my HP Laptop! Then the young woman from Electronics Dept rang up my Purchase, she gave me a discount for Charger, but the Geek Tek at the Counter told her to add $39 for Training Services! So I'm Not Happy that Geek Squad used the Time the Floor Person helped me with my Purchase as Training Time, then charged me $39 extra to buy the correct Charger! Sorry "Best Buy" but I've been a *Loyal Customer* for many Years, yet you've chose to ignore this incident, this is the second time I've brought to your attention!

these people are saviors. they are patient, clear, and very helpful My only argument with Best Buy is that it is so so hard to book the geek squad. I have literally traveled from Sandwich to HYN just to make an appointment because it is impossible over the phone and not great via on line. you need to fix that for those of us who have paid for this plan.

purchased $131.00 portable SSD T7. I needed a lot of help, and "Michael H., did just that. I`m older and this stuff is GREEK to me. He is good, a real teacher. As long as I get help with this stuff, I will keep on buying. Thank you MIKE
