Thomas is an exemplary professional and a great asset to your geek squad. His expert assistance and instruction was easily understandable for me to learn new skills on my first lap top. His patience and constant courtesy made my first experience with the geek squad a very positive one. Being able to produce my first document at home later that afternoon was very gratifying thanks to Thomas's expert instruction.

I did not know you should make an appointment. I couldn't get my laptop to power up. When I arrived I saw they were booked most of the day, but they assisted me anyway within 15 minutes. The gentleman was so nice and helpful.

It’s worth the $$. The Geek Squad has been instrumental in my switch from an Android to the iPhone. I spoke to them several times. It’s worth if you’re not tech savvy.

The agent spent this 30 minute appointment going over my laptop and showing me how to use it. I am a 78 yr old Non_Tech person who has no one else to help me when I accidentally mess up my laptop. Agents did excellent work on computer, but was not kept in loop of repair (cost, which was zero, progress of service, and took a long time to reach desk to find anything out)

The technician thoroughly showed me what I needed, where items were and also explained many of the ins and outs of Windows 10. I felt more confident about my new computer when the session was over. I am not very computer or tech savvy, but the overview of my new computer was wonderful
