I was having an issue with the egc app and could notget it to work. My Geek Squad member reinstalled all the watch software and was able to get it to work. Superior Work!

The geek squad is usually really great The people that work there are usually ready to help you. The young men that I got had something else going on he wasn't very attentive and he kept leaving me at the counter to go into the back room I asked him if there was something more important back there and he said no I also hear is a problem with him helping me and he said no I said but you're giving me an attitude and you keep leaving me to go do something in the back so I decided to cut my appointment short and left
