    Picked up my new laptop. I was a longtime W7 user and I was now going to use W10. The agent sat with me and answered all my questions, no matter how simple. When I left I felt very comfortable in using W10. Thank you for being so patient with me.

    Verizon won't help with anything anymore, they just refer your to their tech chat which is always busy. This guy cleaned out my old phone of all personal stuff so I can give it to a friend. And he quickly did some other things on my new phone.
