    I took my new computer in for set up and to have programs from my old computer transferred over and the Geek Squad member had a lot of trouble doing it. He didn't seem to the have the knowledge to do this and became frustrated after an hour and a half and told me he had other customers with appointments he had to get to. Left dissatisfied that I would have to figure it out for myself.

    I had to have a Geek Squad agent lead me through some lessons to get my computer running that I didn't understand yet. It was mostly on how to connect some of the accessories.

    Purchased new computer that I was almost at loss to operate. In 30 minutes employee brought me up to speed so that I could use the computer in the tasks that I wanted to accomplish.
