This had very little capabilities and very poor quality.

This is a great product. The single lens design is the way to go. No stitching problems, software easy to use in both MAC and windows. Has many more features than the GEAR 360. Where this product really excels, is in the customer service and support. Great forums online to answer question and email customer support is fast as lightning. Australian based company is new, young and hungry. Get the impression that they really want to separated themselves from the big impersonal companies. Saving up for the 4K camera which I think will address this versions ONLY FLAW, LOW LIGHT is not very good.

I was super excited to pick up the new 360fly HD. Considering the price of digital cameras these days 300 seemed like a fair price. When I got home I opened up the box to discover that the only thing in there was the camera, the charging base and a usb cable. No paperwork, instructions, mounts or any else that is listed as included. Not a huge deal but certainly a buzzkill. I called bestbuy to have them check and see if there was an accessory pack that I just didn't get and asked if they could check one of the others in the store to see if included the accessories. 10 min later the associate got back on the phone and said they must have sold out and she couldn't find them. I then explained where the item was located and got a "I already checked there!" . I will go to the website and get the info/app I need to test the camera. Do yourself a favor and open the box before you leave the parking lot. Or.... perhaps the site just has the wrong information about what is included?

I've been using this camera for nearly a year and LOVE it! We film auto races and this camera captures angles that are rarely seen. It is durable, user friendly, and does surprisingly well in low light settings. It also provides clear images when filming fast moving subjects. I can not say enough positive things about how helpful their tech support is as well. They continue to help me get the most out of my HD camera and editing software via email AND phone. I look forward to using their new 4k camera in the near future.

Both this and the 4k model work great until they don't. No need for me to trash it, just Google "360fly problem" or "won't turn on" or "blue light flashing". It appears they had a bad firmware version that really messed things up, but some, like BOTH of mine, this one and the 4K, won't turn on at all.

It's compatible with my phone. Yeaaaa.. its the best 360 camera out there
