Great tv! Bad remote.

The remote resembles a roku's which is good and bad. For using Netflix and other app based programs it's great, but it lacks the buttons to get to some features easily. Overall I like the tv and I am happy with the insignia brand as this is my second one.

Insignia very helpful, but, 3-4 day delivery for new remote.They were helpful on being sure a Universal remote would work. $8 later, TV set up and ready for Christmas! Replacement remote arrived in 2 days! Good customer service
