Manual not included with Insignia 39" TV

It don't come with a manual and the company refused to send one. Everyone is not up with new technology. I still am annoyed for I have gotten no assistant with it. The geek will charge $100.00 to come to the house. My first Insignia had a manual. Not pleased at all.

The online information did not specify 2 remotes were always needed to work the unit and cable box. This was purchased as a gift for an elderly person who found the 2 remote to be too confusing.
