I bought this TV on a black friday deal. Not really knowing what to expect , i went in for one thing and came out with this . It is a smart TV with roku ,so that is what I was looking for anyhow. It was packaged very well . Easy to put together and set up . I was able to Log in to Hulu,Netflix,Sling, Youtube,Pandora NO PROBLEM! The volume on this TV is great in my opinion . The picture looks wonderful . I was able to hookup the HDMI cable so easily as well . I am so glad this TV was available and i got it when I did . It looks great in my living room. Simply a nice sized , decent , overall Great TV.

Great TV if you enjoy Streaming Media

This TV is an excellent TV if you enjoy streaming Netflix, Hulu, or other programs. I purchased it on Black Friday for an excellent price. It has not disappointed. It takes about an hour or so to set up initially. Once you have your Wi-Fi connected and have logged into your Netflix, Hulu and other acts., then you are all set to go. One of the nice features on the control is the ability to access Netflix, sling, HULU, movies on a specific button labeled as such. One recommendation is to have your cable/satellite provider come out to link your box to the TV so that your volume and everything else can be managed from the Roku control.

I purchased the 39" Insignia Roku for my bedroom after seeing the larger size that my parents had in their living room. Great picture, great price (bought on sale $199) and so light and thin. Very easy to set up. Roku remote is lacking but does the job. Love having Roku built in. I previously used the Kindle Fire stick, which can be sluggish. Roku is so much better and more user friendly. Highly recommend this TV.

Really like this Tv . I like how it is easy to program and connects to the internet well. It is a great size if you want to put it in a bedroom. It is also lught weight. The color and sound on this tv is also good when viewing movies. I know that most people want a name brand but for the price it was a good tv.

My husband raves how good the color and easy it was to set up. The connection between Netflix and Ruko was quick without any problems. The only drawback is the remote. Buttons are small and you must switch back and forth to the menu button for different functions. The 39 inch is good size for our guest bedroom.

Exchanged tv works like a charm

First I will review the original tv I bought. Hook up was easy, connected to my wifi quickly. Then after 30 minutes of streaming the tv shut down, then couldn't find the signal. Kept cycling through this pattern. I did some troubleshooting: Power cycled my internet modem/router, unplugged the tv, then it found the signal. Started watching and again in 30 minutes it shut off again. Repeated the above steps and moved the tv into the same room at wifi router. Found the signal and again dropped out. Needed to exchange for another. Talked to Best Buy associate, explained what was happening. Decided the wifi card was bad. Exchanged for new tv, hooked it up, found signal, and has been working like it should. The tv has a great picture, good sound and is easy to hook up with the step by step instructions on guide and on screen. The thing I don't like is that you don't receive a hard copy of the owners manual, you have to go on line for it.

Good points, its a nice size for the RV. It looks good, great sound with the speakers on the bottom of the TV, not behind it. Easy to set up. HATE the remote. I took the advice of sales agent, got this TV, but it maybe a smart TV but it makes me want to throw the remote a lot. There is no way to just change channels, no number buttons, way to many steps to change channels. Volume buttons on the side of the remote, and my clunky hands are always changing the volume. The TV is very good. The remote sucks. Wish I could give it 5 stars, but the remote is just terrible.

I needed a TV that was easy to move into the back porch for summer viewing and this was perfect. With the built in roku I don't have to worry about another box to plug in or another remote to keep track of. The only complaint is that the volume is not linear. What I mean by that is that turning it up from 15 to 30 makes a significant difference, but to get it sufficiently loud, 30 to 50 makes very little audible difference and I have to crank it up to 80. Not a big deal because it is loud enough, it just means holding the button down longer.

Bought this for my daughter in college who moved into a house with firends this summer. The build in ROKU was a main selling point, along with the relatively low price, since the house she is renting doesn't have cable (and no one wanted to pay extra for it) but does have WiFi. She and her roomates mainly watch shows on Netflix so this was perfect and we didn't have the extra expense of purchasing a separate ROKU or other streaming stick. TV was easy to set up and has a nice picture. This is not high end but a decent set for the price and what its being used for. She's very happy with her new TV.

I have to admit that when I purchased this TV, I did not have high hopes. Since the price was so low, I figured that it would not last very long and it would be of spotty quality. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and lifecycle of this TV. I have this TV in my downstairs game and workout room and it is great paired with a video game console or just watching TV or a workout video on. The fact that it has Roku included makes this TV a tremendous value. It also was very easy to wall mount. Would definitely recommend to anyone as a good primary TV and a great secondary TV.

I really wanted something that was easy to connect with Netflix and Hulu and for the price this is great! My previous smart TV was so complicated and I had to run Netflix through the mobile app then cast it to the TV... this one has the Netflix button on the remote! For a casual TV watcher, this is a really awesome value and set up was extremely fast. I wish it had a few more advanced color settings and the ability to save my own display profiles like my old one, though, but maybe I haven't found those features yet...? Otherwise, it's awesome and much less of headache than my last smart TV.

I purchased this TV for use in my new garage, primarily for watching youtube videos and sports. Although I ran cable out to the garage, I've found little use for it given the Roku features of this TV. Generally easy to use although navigating with the remote takes some getting used to, and even then its fairly painful, as you don't have a keyboard to type on. TV paired nicely with LG sound bar to make the garage a really nice place to spend time. Been going strong for a couple years now.

I bought this 39" Roku Smart Tv as a Christmas present for my hubby. I ordered it online and had it shipped to our home. It arrived in just a few days and without any issues or damage. Best Buy had sent me links to information that was helpful with the set up process. I unpacked it and set it up to make sure I would have all the necessary "hookups" for the DVR, DVD, etc. I ended up having to purchase an HDMI cable for the DVR because the standard AV 3 color coded thing (yeah, thing) wouldn't work for some reason. I was able to set it up and have it fully functioning in very little time. I, of course, had to repeat this process on Christmas Day but it went very smoothly. I really do like the whole concept of a tv with roku built in. The Home Screen is squares with pictures and you just point and click to select what you want to watch; I don't think it could be any easier. My husband IS NOT tech savvy, and that's an understatement, yet he has no problem using the tv and enjoying it. My reasons for giving this 4 stars instead of 5: 1 The picture quality coming through the DVR is just the weensiest bit blurry for some reason. I didn't expect that since I bought the HDMI cable for connecting. It may have more to do with the DVR than the tv though. 2. When selecting from the home screen (i.e. pandora, netflix, etc.) it is a bit slow to load and get going; however, once loaded there is no lag in viewing...I do have very high speed internet 3. The remote does not have a headphone jack...Very disappointing, very : (...that said, our Dish remote does function with this TV without incident. Last night my son hooked up a game console and streamed online gaming and the picture and sound were fantastic! He cranked the volume up to 24 and I was certain the neighbors were going to think they should call the police to come rescue us...my son was loving it. In fact, the sound is always excellent on this thing. My husband is legally deaf and wears hearing aids and he never has the volume above 10 which is just astounding. Very clear and crisp. I am satisfied that this was a good quality purchase and for a reasonable price.
