Although the ages say 6 and up my nephew was able to use it with ease and he is only 4. He loved that he was able to create whatever he wanted.

This was a birthday gift for our 9-year-old grandson. He used it right after charging the pen. He has made several 3D items. His siblings and neighborhood friends also have been using the pen. You may want to order additional plastic rod so that you do not run out during a project.

Can easily be used by 8 year old. I have used few other pen and some create mess and some are way faster for little kids.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old niece. It arrived with in a few days just like it said it would in perfect condition. Her and my 7 year old nephew enjoyed it and didnt have any difficulty using it.
