this is a great drone. got it on sale and love flying it. the only problem some people will have is there no longer is any manufacturing support they stopped making them and usually won't answer any emails that I've seen. but there is a massive community of people who sell parts and make mods and new software for them so you won't be lost.

really good / grest drone easy to fly and it was a good buy

This is my 2nd 3dr solo from best buy. The refurbished unit came neatly packaged. Looks like it was never used. Still had protective plastic on it. Very happy with purchase.

I love this drone. Its better than the ones I was looking at for a steal of a price. Don't regret getting this at all. In fact I'm glad I went with this drone. Easy to fly

Replace Stock GPS with 3rd party unit perfect now!

I bought this for my husband and boys and they love it! My husband liked the fact that there was no camera built in so that portion would be easily replaceable.

From my understanding this drone was over two grand when it first came out, so this price is awesome. The drone itself is pretty awesome too, I added the gimbal to give me better control over the video angle. The "built-in" flight simulator helped a lot in learning how to control it. The only downside is sometimes it takes awhile to find the GPS, and sometimes it'll lose GPS connection if you're near too many trees but that's not enough to knock it down to 4 stars and I believe there are inexpensive upgrades to overcome that.

The solo looked great out of the box. Everything still had the protective plastic wrap attached. After a few flights, everything works fine.

I bought two geek squad refurbished drones at huge savings and both were in outstanding condition and arrived Days earlier than promised.

Well done, but the controller quit accepting a charge. This was not due to any oversite by the geek staff. Electronic items fail.

The 3DR Solo is an excellent hobby quadcopter. The Solo has had its issues since the product launched however with these refurbished units most of the issues (poor GPS signal) have been resolved. Not the best for kids but easy enough to learn.

Awesome platform, easy to use. Plug and play. Long flight time. Reliable. I have recommended to all my friends.

This drone was awesome to use when you figure out how to use it. I feel like the directions weren't as easy as they could have been when connecting to your phone to watch live feed. Other than that it has been a good experience so far!

Though it appears 3dr has discontinued the Solo, it is a top quality package and the price makes it a steal!

The best drone for the money Easy to fly and the propellers are easy to change out. Fun to fly.
