USB ports don't charge

With 5 heavy tech users in our house I thought this was finally a solution to charging many of our devices at once from a central hub. I was wrong. The traditional outlet plugs seem to work fine but the USB ports provide no power. It will have to go back. Bummer.

Have no idea if it will work but you have to trust a bit, Otherwise is easy to install. One thing I don't like is that the unit just plugs in. Would like a more secure unit. Other multi plug outlets are screwed into the wall outlets.
