So bought this thinking I can use multiple cords but the way this product is designed you can only use 2 cords on the opposite ends. Can't use all

Works well as long as you don't try to unplug anything. Doesn't stay affixed to the wall as they don't supply a way to do it. Really annoying.

My devices plug did not fit into the outlet. In the end, no use for me.

The outlets work fine and it seems to work when one item is plugged into the usb port but if you plug two things in at the same time, ie. a phone and a tablet, it just keeps losing power. My phone keeps flashing off and on every 3 seconds until I unplug one or the other.

The unit does not stay snug in the outlets, tried multiples. The outlets are too close together for any larger plugs (some laptops/bluetooth radios), I couldn't plug in an air freshner next to anything else due to the overlap.

The USB port are not strong enough to charge my phone or iPad overnight. Needs close to 15 hours where a regular plag does it in 5 to 6 hours.

Exactly what I needed. To have the electrician install the 2 outlet with 2usb ports was going to cost me $30 more. This gave me 4 outlet and horizontal USB ports cheaper and portable. Love it! Perfect gift for techies.

Plugs could not be inserted into product. All openings were blocked. Completely unusable.

The first time I laid my eyes on this USB Outlet I thought "YES!, finally a plug/surge protector that can fit by my night stand and take care of all my needs and then some!!!" I slowly learned this gadget is not the one. This gadget covered my entire outlet but only plugs into one socket. The USB ports charged normally. Very difficult to plug and unplug anything into this gadget. I am not used to forcing anything and we should not have to either, and now I am wondering if I am messing anything up inside this thing. Almost anything I own that plugs into a USB port constantly gets plugged and unplugged, friends coming over and so on. This is not the outlet to use for that. Whatever you plug to this gadget has to stay there permanently, don't remove anything or the entire gadget gets unplugged from the wall.

Overall this is a good idea, but not completely happy with the implementation. It provides 4 outlets for electrical devices and 2 USB ports for connecting cables to phones, tablets and anything else that uses USB to recharge. The good thing is that it charges phones fast even when both ports are used. But issues I have with it - 1) even using just one USB port, an iPad charges very slowly. Even though it's rated high enough to charge an iPad, just don't expect it to charge as quickly as a phone. 2) Maybe it's just my particular unit, but the electrical plugs are very hard to get something plugged into. You have to push with some pretty good force to get the plug to go all the way in. 3) The unit covers the whole wall plug unit, but only plugs into 1 of them instead of both. If you're offering 4 electrical outlets and 2 USB ports, you should plug into both electrical outlets in the wall. Maybe that would allow tablets to charge faster. Would I buy again? Yes, but would mostly use it just for the USB or for something that only gets plugged in and left plugged in, like a lamp and not something that gets plugged and unplugged like a vacuum cleaner.

Works great. Only thing I would change is that at first it's really hard to get anything to plug in you need to use some force. Otherwise it's good and USB for phone charging is so convenient

Its great because it adds 2 outlets, and 3 USB so you can charge mobile devices while still having 4 outlets.. However, when you go to unplug something it pulls off from the wall. Also the outlets are a little too close.

if you are like me and have lots of stuff to plug in, then its great, one outlet and no plugs, everything in one place

Pretty good to leave in a common area so everyone can charge phones somewhat simultaneously

Purchased this to put next to my bed to charge all my products. Works great for charging my apple watch, iPhone, and my mac.
