This device gets only 4 stars because of the remote. Would be better if it could automatically detect which device is 'on" and just switch to that one. Otherwise, works great.

Bought it for a friend. He says it works well. Would probably buy it again if needed. His TV didn't have enough HMI Outlets. I think this is 25 words now.

We picked up this product to help reduce the number of hdmi cables showing and to help avoid having to purchase several long hdmi cables. We have not had any problems with it but wish it came with s longer cable.

So besides the weird layout of the inputs, I have to say it does the job but don't bother with the remote...you will more than likely lose the tiny thing in 5 minuts.

WHEN YOU TRY TO SWITCH PORTS TO VIEW OTHER SELECTED ITIMES IT WILL NOT SWITCH OR IT MAY NOT PRESENT A PICTURE AT ALL.

I dislike using splitters and selectors, but it does work for a tv that only has one HDMI input. Only annoyance is it constantly has to be reset to notice which HDMI is being used.

It works as promised, though has an odd feature in that you need to either turn it on/off or switch settings to actually get your TV to turn on. But easy to do, once you know that.

Easy to set up and use. Now I can switch between devices (DVD player, Roku, etc) easily. Only one "tiny" negative... It turns on automatically with the TV remove , but you have to remember to turn Rocketfish "off" along with the TV.

This is the best product if you have more than one gaming system but not enough HDMI ports on your TV. It even comes with a remote!

Needed this to upgrade our television after the HDMI port broke on the tv which we were to,d occurs often with wall mounted televisions. We put this on the television and it has worked perfect.

Easy to set up. My tv only had 2 hdmi ports but this allowed us to hook up a wii, dvd player, cable box, and surround sound system to our tv.

It is good if you need more HDMI to hook up to your tv. I do like it comes with a remote to change the inputs.

This worked great in my TV with only one HDMI port. I was able to connect the video games and easily switch between TV and games

Get this item if you don’t have a smart tv. Then join Netflix and Hulu and whatever other streaming services and cancel cable. I’m sick of huge cable bills and this device has really helped with that

This HDMI switch automatically detects which input to switch to or you can do it automatically. In most ways it works better than the built in HDMI selector in big screen tv's. It solved a problem that you run into with many big screens which is that cable boxes and dvd players usually have digital audio outputs that are incompatible with the digital audio input of the big screens. It is a matter of optical versus coax audio interfaces. If they dumped all the interfaces except HDMI the problem would not exist. Well worth the cost.

On an older Vizio o only have two hdmi ports. There is no quality loss and the device was super easy to connect. 2 minutes and you're done.

Glad I purchased this product. Worked right out of the box, so nice to have more hdmi slots. Seeing my TV doesn't have enough hdmi slots to account for all my devices.

Needed it so didnt have to keep switching chords on my TV when switching from gaming to movies, works great.

This is the first time I had to purchase a product like this. There were only two choices in the store, the other had support for a 4K display. Mine is only 720, so I went with this product. Even so, I felt it was a bit much to pay for what it does. I had to go back and buy an expensive HDMI cable to get it to work. It comes with a tiny remote that will not last in a house full of little kids. It also appears to go to "sleep" if I turn the tv off. I have to "wake it up" by switching between signals.
