I cannot seem to figure how to beat them from accessing. I have changed my WIFI SSID password and setup Network Access control. Homeshield security is installed as well.

It was nice that I was reassured by the agent that my phone was no longer affected with viruses and he also explained to me how I can avoid this situation from happening again.

It’s just not worth it to invest in some thing and not have the peace of mind to know that if you’re crazy son decides to throw a football at your router or vacuums up his bag of marbles, this geek squad warranty will cover everything. So glad that I got this because I have crazy kids... Who may or may not like to vacuum up marbles.
