The Geek Squad prtection plan is great to have. They scanned my computer for malware and explained to me what they did.

I've rarely ever needed to utilize a protection plan, but just knowing I have it if I need it makes it worth the money. Too many products are risky regarding quality and durability today. This insurance takes that concern away for me.

Best Buy is excellent to deal with. When I had a problem with my printer I got help on the phone with service. When the problem could not be fixed they had me return it to the store. Their service people take good care of their customers.

Having protection is a must! Definitely recommend adding their protection plan to your products.

I purchased this warranty with an Epson printer simply because we’re in 2024 but printers haven't improved in reliability since 1998. About a year after, like I expected, my printer started going haywire so I brought it in for them to look at. Somewhat annoyingly, you need to make an appointment to have them look over your item before they’ll replace it, but it was quick and they replaced it with a brand new one! I’d definitely recommend this if you’re purchasing an expensive electronic item. You won’t miss the extra little bit of money on top of an already expensive purchase but you will certainly regret it if your item craps out on you after the manufacturer’s warranty expires!

I was Not able to get into my computer once I first bought it but I took it back to Best Buy and they were amazing. Took a little while for them to figure out what was wrong but they were very knowledgeable and did a great job
