Compared to the standard Geek Squad Protection Plan, this option covers your device for a longer period of time and also includes accidental damage caused by mishandling or accidents, which is its biggest advantage. If you’re purchasing something like a laptop that you carry around frequently and plan to use for more than four years, this plan is definitely worth considering.

Geek Squad is super great!! Electronics are not my specialty so I count on Geek Squad to guide me through all the instructions on how things work. I am able to understand their way of explaining the workings of my computer to me. Thank you Geek Squad!

Best Buy is excellent to deal with. When I had a problem with my printer I got help on the phone with service. When the problem could not be fixed they had me return it to the store. Their service people take good care of their customers.

I was Not able to get into my computer once I first bought it but I took it back to Best Buy and they were amazing. Took a little while for them to figure out what was wrong but they were very knowledgeable and did a great job
